Regulations and rules of the discount program restaurant "Cocoon"

1. General Provisions.

The discount program (hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Program") of the restaurant "Cocon" (hereinafter referred to as the "Restaurant") is a multi-level program for encouraging regular guests, corporate clients, and restaurant partners.
Member - an individual admitted by the Restaurant to participate in the Loyalty Program in accordance with these Rules.
The Restaurant is a legal entity that has exclusive rights to manage the Loyalty Program.
The restaurant - sells services in respect of which discounts and privileges are provided to the Participants.
Discount - is the amount by which the price of the service for the Member of the Loyalty Program is reduced when he meets certain conditions.
Member Profile ("Profile") - an electronic record used to identify the Member of the Loyalty Program.
THB - Thai baht - the national currency of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Questionnaire - a form filled out by the Participant of the Loyalty Program, confirms the Participant's agreement with all the rules of the Loyalty Program.
The Loyalty Program for individual guests of the restaurant (individuals) begins to operate with each subsequent visit to the Restaurant.

Levels of discount programs for individuals:
1 "Resident" status - 15% discount;
2 "Friend" status - 25% discount;
3 "Best friend" status - 35% discount.

2. Discount Loyalty Programs of the restaurant "Cocon",

2.1 "Resident" status - 15% discount.
2.1.1 Discount for "Resident" is provided to the Guest of the Restaurant by the head (administrator) of the restaurant service when registering in the system. and entitles the Participant to a 15% discount on restaurant services. Except for goods not participating in promotions.
2.1.2 Discount for "Resident" is valid at each next visit of the Guest to the Restaurant. The discount cannot be combined with other cards and special offers.
2.1.3 Discount for "Resident" is provided only with the personal presence of the Guest at the Restaurant.

2.2 "Friend" status - 25% discount.
2.2.1 Discount for "Friend" is provided to the Guest of the Restaurant upon accumulation of personal checks in the amount of 30,000 THB. The "friend" status entitles you to a 25% discount on restaurant services. Except for goods not participating in promotions.
2.2.2 Discount for "Friend" is valid at each next visit of the Guest to the Restaurant. The discount cannot be combined with other cards and special offers.
2.2.3 Discount for "Friend" is provided only with the personal presence of the Guest at the Restaurant.

2.3 "Best friend" status - 35% discount
2.3.1 Discount for "Best friend" is provided to the Guest of the Restaurant upon accumulation of personal checks in the amount of 100,000 THB. The "friend" status entitles you to a 35% discount on restaurant services. Except for goods not participating in promotions.
2.2.2 Discount for "Best friend" is valid for each next visit of the Guest to the Restaurant. The discount cannot be combined with other cards and special offers.
2.2.3 Discount for "Best friend" is provided only with the personal presence of the Guest at the Restaurant.

3. Additional privilege Regardless of the status of the card, the Participant of the Loyalty Program has the opportunity to take advantage of a 10% discount on the services of the Cocoon restaurant when ordering a banquet on the occasion of a birthday or a wedding.

4. Participation in the Discount program of the restaurant.
4.1 A Guest who has reached the age of 16 can become a Participant of the Loyalty Program.
4.2 To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must fill in all the fields in the application form on the website and click the button "Become The Cocoon Resident"
4.3 The Participant confirms that all the data specified by him in the Questionnaire can be used by the Restaurant Administrator solely within the framework and for the purposes of the Loyalty Programs.
4.4 The Member's status takes effect on the next visit to the Restaurant.
4.5 Restaurant guests must present an Electronic Participant Card when visiting the restaurant.
4.6 The Loyalty Program discount is not cumulative with other affiliate programs.
4.7 Member status is valid during the term of the Loyalty Program.
4.8 The administration of the restaurant "Kokon" has the right to change the rules of the Discount Program or suspend it unilaterally by notifying the Participant at least 3 days in advance by e-mail specified when filling out the participant's questionnaire
